It’s a self-catering, pet-friendly holiday cottage in a historic period farmhouse dating back to 1592. It sleeps up to 7 people.

The cottage comfortably accommodates 2 to 7 people, with 4 bedrooms across three floors (ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor)

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, electric cooker with hob, washing machine, dishwasher, and other essentials like an iron and ironing board.

No, guests must bring their own towels. Bed linen is provided.

Yes, one dog is welcome free of charge, and a second dog can stay for an additional £20. Please bring bedding or a cage for your dog.

Yes, the cottage offers free Wi-Fi for guests.

Yes, pets must have their own bedding or cage. Note that there are two resident cats, Tomos and Siw.

The property may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties - There is a short path and three steps to the property from the parking but the path is not steep.

Yes, 4-night short lets are sometimes available out of season. Prices are available on request.

The standard changeover day is Saturday for one-week bookings, but alternative days may be arranged on request.

Check-in is from 4 p.m., and check-out is by 10 a.m. prompt.

We are located in mountain scenery with peace and quiet from the crowds in summer months and yet so close to the sea, town centre, walking and cycle paths are on the doorstep with Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) approx. one hour to one and a half drive away with lots of scenery and lakes on the way.

There are many places nearby for fishing also.

The cottage is in a quiet, unspoilt area with frequent visits from wild goats and buzzards. The dark skies are ideal for stargazing.

Weekly rates range from £680 to £900, depending on the season. Specific pricing is available on request.
