The Cottage

The Accommodation comprises of:

Ground floor: Lounge/Dining room/kitchen with fridge-freezer/microwave/electric cooker with hob/washing machine, dish washer /iron, ironing board, hoover and other cleaning items.
First floor: 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single. Bathroom with shower over bath/ toilet and wash basin.
Second floor: 1 twin bedroom. Shower cubicle with toilet and wash basin.

Bed linen included.  Please bring your own towels. T.V./ DVD/ Video/Games and books/Free Wi-Fi.  Private garden and furniture for your use and clothes line.

No smoking but welcome to in the garden (bucket provided).

One dog is free of charge and the second dog charged at £20.00 extra on request with Owner. We have one cat called Tomos.  Please bring bedding or cage for your dog who is allowed downstairs not upstairs. Please bring your own travel cot/high chair for babies.

The property is ideal for walkers, cyclists (cycle path on doorstep), wildlife & bird enthusiasts, photographers, canoeists, artists and especially star gazers! Comfortable accommodation for two to seven people, prices on request. Groups of 6/7 max. i.e. one is a double bed (sorry no stag and hen parties)/Families of 7 welcome and Couples.  Unfortunately the house might not be suitable for people with wheelchairs i.e. path and steps leading to property. Arrival from  4p.m. and Departure 10a.m. prompt.

April/May/June and September are quieter and a lovely time to visit with 4 night breaks available with flexible changeover days or stay for 7 nights or more.  Please request with owner and where there might be gaps in busier months i.e. July/August when changeover day is usually Saturday.
